Construction began on November 14, 2011 and will continue through 2012. Construction is scheduled to take place weekdays from 9AM to 5PM. This Phase II will add additional villas and amenities to the resort including a new building adjacent to the lobby/reception area. Noise and construction views will affect only a portion of two of the buildings or 20% of the villas and will not affect the two pool areas and the majority of the guest villas.
